Adam Levine looks to nearly quadruple home investment
Adam Levine is hoping a buyer moves like Jagger on his Beverly Hills mansion.
The Maroon 5 singer has listed the freshly renovated 3.7-acre estate, complete with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, for $17.5 million, according to Variety. It boasts views of Benedict Canyon and beyond.
Levine bought the property in 2012 for $4.8 million, records show. Just two months ago, he and pregnant model wife Behati Prinsloo also listed their 2,800-square-foot Manhattan loft for $5.5 million.
The 7,100-square-foot Beverly Hills manor recently underwent a comprehensive makeover à la designer Mark Haddawy. It now has an air of “architectural perfection and timeless style,” according to the marketing materials.
The single-story home features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a media room, library, gym, spa facility and a “speak easy card room.” There is also a swimming pool and tennis court. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
