This week’s most eye-popping renderings include Lowe Enterprises’ mixed-use office project at 2130 East Violet Avenue in the Arts District. The proposed nine-story development would include 90,700 square feet of office space and 6,100 square feet of retail. Humphreys & Partners Architects is designing the project.

Renderings from KTGY reveal the designs for Dynamic Development’s Western and Franklin project, which will replace a gas station in Los Feliz. The proposed development would include 96 units.

Images in an initial study show Spectrum Group’s proposed Fig Project in Exposition Park, which includes several buildings on a 4.4 acre site across the street from the site of the future soccer stadium. The development would include a 298-key hotel, a 222-unit student housing component and an apartment complex with 104 market rate units and 82 units for housholds earning no more than 80 percent of the area’s median income. Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo is designing the project. — Hannah Miet
