This week in renderings: Fig + Pico, LACMA

This week’s most eye-popping renderings include New York-based Lightstone Group‘s proposed high-rise towers, dubbed Fig + Pico, that would bring approximately 1,100 hotel rooms to South Park near the Los Angeles Convention Center. The project is being designed by Gensler and Yabu Pushelberg Studios. Fig+Pico would be Lightstone’s first project in Los Angeles. It plans to open an office Downtown this spring.
