Between wedding planning and selling the $100 million Merv Griffin estate, celebrity broker Josh Flagg had the chance to drop by The Real Deal‘s Hudson Yards headquarters for a chat last week.

Flagg weighed in on his thoughts about the election, the L.A. housing market at large and the hottest neighborhoods in town.

As far as hot neighborhoods, he said nothing ever changes. “It’s always Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Holmby Hills,” he said. But Malibu is the greatest value for money. Watch the full video above.
