When it comes to price expectations, this seller is aiming due north.

Shipping magnate Richard Neu has listed his Holmby Hills mansion for $66.65 million, more than four times what he paid for it 2006, according to Zillow and public records.

The 10,907-square-foot Paul Williams-designed property, on South Mapleton Drive, has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms as well as a private tennis court, a pool, a formal dining room and a wood-paneled den, according to the listing.

Marisa Zanuck of Beverly Hills Estates Realty, a brokerage owned in part by Neu, has the listing.

Zanuck is one of the first agents recruited to Beverly Hills Estates, a company recently formed at Neu’s building at 250 North Canon Drive, the home of ultra luxury brokerage Hilton & Hyland. With H&H’s plans to move to a new office across the street already underway, Neu is hoping to build his own competing firm in its old space, sources said.

“Our parent owned building will ultimately serve as home for 100 plus agents in the iconic 250 N. Canon Drive location,” said executive Tom Stagen in a September announcement of the company’s formation. So far, the company has just five agents, per its website.
