Could it be Buffy calling?

Actors Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof, who starred together in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and its spinoff series “Angel,” sold their Brentwood home for $8.2 million. They made a sizable profit, after acquiring it in 2015 for just under $7.9 million.

Built in the 1930s, the Traditional-style residence has four bedrooms, 4.75 bathrooms, an office, a media room, and a swimming pool in the backyard. The half-acre property also contains a guesthouse with three additional bedrooms and a bathroom, the Los Angeles Times reported.

David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties listed the property. The buyer was represented by Anthony Marguleas of Amalfi Estates.

Hannigan, who played Willow in “Buffy,” is also known for her role in the “American Pie” franchise as well as on “How I Met Your Mother.” Denisof’s credits include “The Avengers” film and the TV show “Grimm.” He also appears on a few episodes of “How I Met Your Mother.” [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
