So much for 90s nostalgia.

Finding no buyer for the Studio City house featured on “Boy Meets World,” which was first listed in November, its owner has slashed the price from $1.95 million to just a lick below $1.3 million.

The seller, the 92-year-old actor Joe Campanella, cut the price because he wants to move things along, said his agent, Lisa Sorrentino of Rodeo Realty. Sorrentino has the listing with her husband, Scott Sorrentino.

Marketed as a potential teardown, the 2,500-square-foot property sits on a quarter-acre lot and has a separate guest house. The main residence has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also features a sunroom and a basement that could be transformed into a wine cellar.

“I’m hoping someone does a rehab [instead of razing],” Sorrentino told The Real Deal.

The neighborhood, however, has seen a number of teardowns, including a home just one block over, she said.

Campanella is also selling Campanella’s much larger estate in Toluca Lake for just under $3 million. The house on Arcola Avenue has eight bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and its own putting green on the grounds.
