Even good real estate feels the seven-year itch.

A gated village on Beverly Hills’ famous North Roxbury drive has finally found a buyer after seven full years on the market, The Real Deal has learned. The property, a 10,000-square-foot mansion with eight bedrooms, has hopped on and off the market with several different brokerages since 2010. It was last priced at $19.5 million in 2016 but was not officially on the market at the time of the sale, records show.

The property is best known as the former home of the late actress Agnes Moorehead, famous for her roles in “Bewitched,” “Citizen Kane” and “Show Boat.” It was also home to “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” star Spencer Tracy, though the original house these stars lived in has since been torn down and replaced.

The most recent owner, Merri Ross, is the ex-wife of financier Leonard Ross, who also owns the Hearst Estate in Beverly Hills, records show. Ross, who filed for bankruptcy protection after defaulting on a loan attached to the Hearst house in 2010, recently put that property on the market for $195 million.

Neither the final sales price for the Roxbury property nor the identity of the buyer was immediately clear, though the property did sell for a discount to its last asking price, sources said.

Ross did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Mediterranean-style property has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, french doors, private balconies, a billiards room, a wet bar and hand-painted murals, according to an old listing. There is a tennis court and a swimming pool on the grounds.
