Amber Valletta makes $3.4M profit on SaMo home

Fashion model turned actress Amber Valletta is taking her act out of Santa Monica.

Valletta sold her Spanish style home on 16th Street last month for $5.02 million, picking up $20,000 more than its asking price of $4.99 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The 2,409-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Special accents such as hand-painted wallpaper by de Gournay and an original 1920’s wrought iron banister leading to the second floor are featured throughout the home. A Juliette balcony also sits over the three car garage. There is also a guest cottage with a kitchen.

Valletta, who has appeared in the film “Hitch” and “Transporter 2,” purchased the home in 2001 for $1.65 million, according to property records. It was built in 1927.
