It’s the house that “Magic Mike” built.
A Mediterranean-style Hollywood Hills home owned by Reid Carolin, the creator of the hit movie starring a scantily clad Channing Tatum, sold to Peter Huyck, a writer and producer for “Veep.”
The property sold for $2.3 million, well below its nearly $3 million asking price. Carolin acquired it three years ago for $2.3 million, so he made nothing on the deal.
The 2,600-square-foot home is wedged between Beachwood and Bronson Canyons and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
