It looks like this hair mogul is gearing up for a good flip.

Mark Kress, the man who credits himself with inventing a cosmetic solution for thinning hair, has listed his Doheny Estates home in Beverly Hills for $25 million, just one year after buying it for $19.84 million, The Real Deal has learned.

At the time, the 2016 deal was the highest price paid for a home on the Bird Streets since 2013. The Paul McClean-designed property has dramatic walls of glass and marble, a cascading water feature, a screening room, a game room, a gym, an infinity pool and views of Downtown.

Kress bought the property at 1814 N. Doheny Dr. from Cody Leibel, the son of Canadian businessman Lorne Leibel.

Michael Eisenberg of Keller Williams Beverly Hills has the listing.

The hair loss executive isn’t the only Beverly Hills owner looking to make a quick profit.

Tom Gores’ former Beverly Park pad is back on the market, just five months after the Detroit Pistons owner sold it for a record-breaking $40 million, as TRD reported. The developers who bought it — Gala Asher and Ed Berman — relisted it last month for $49 million.
