The game of musical chairs at some of L.A.’s top brokerages continues.

Cushman & Wakefield just poached a trio from Colliers to join its West Coast valuation and advisory platform, the brokerage announced.

Richard Jue, Ted Hunter, and Arnulfo “Arnold” Delgado worked in the appraisal division at Colliers. At Cushman, Jue will serve as a senior director and Hunter as associate director, while Delgado will be an appraiser.

The three new recruits will work out of Cushman’s Downtown Los Angeles office.

Colliers has an acquisition of its own. Two affordable housing experts, John Nguyen and Jesse Elsanhuty, are joining the firm’s Irvine offices from Marcus & Millichap. Their titles will be senior vice president and vice president, respectively.

The duo will work with senior vice presidents Kevin Morris in Fort Lauderdale and Jim Lampman in Seattle to create a national team that specializes in affordable housing.

“As part of our corporate strategy in 2017, we set goals and objectives to expand our presence in the affordable housing sector,” regional managing director Robert Caudill said in an announcement.

Coretrust Capital poached William “Spike” Whitney to be the new head of its asset management division. He previously spent five years at CommonWealth Partners as a senior West Coast executive.

At Coretrust, Whitney will work with the firm’s principals, focusing on strategies for asset management in the Coretrust Value Funds. His responsibilities will include executing business plans, disposition activities, and investor communications, the company said.
