Video game developer Riot Games more than doubled its lease at Kilroy Realty’s Westside Media Center in West Los Angeles, the landlord announced this week.

This means that Riot Games has expanded its footprint to over 154,000 square feet at the three-building office campus on Olympic Boulevard, sources told The Real Deal. The company was previously occupying the entirety of 12312 W. Olympic, CoStar shows.

Part of the new space it has inked is rumored to be the 50,000-square-foot office vacated by Fandango, which relocated to Tishman Speyer’s 407 N. Maple Drive building in Beverly Hills.

Asking rents at 12100 W. Olympic Boulevard average about $3.50 per square per month, according to CoStar, which would value Riot Games’ current lease at over $32 million for a five-year term.

Hunt Barnett of L.A. Realty Partners is the campus’ leasing agent. Neither Barnett nor Riot Games could be immediately reached for comment. Associates at Kilroy, a REIT located within the campus, declined to comment.

Built in 2000, the Westside Media Center encompasses a total of 378,000 square feet.
