The onetime home of “Rat Pack” member Dean Martin has crooned its way to the top of The Real Deal’s priciest home listings in Los Angeles with an asking price of $27.9 million.

The 10,047-square-foot mansion in Trousdale Estates was completely redesigned but with a focus on “glamorous entertaining,” according to listing details.

Sitting on nearly one acre, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home features 12-foot ceilings, a theater, a gym and a massage room with spa.

The home last traded hands in 2014 and sold for $3.9 million, according to property records.
