The Agency is headed west with the announcement of a new office in Pacific Palisades.

The location, which will be managed by Santiago Arana, brings the company’s total number of offices worldwide to 10. The roughly 3,000-square-foot space, at at 860 Via De La Paz, opened Thursday.

Arana, who lives in the Palisades, said there’s been a significant increase in home sales over $3 million in the area in recent months, prompting the expansion.

“We (did) a lot of business in the Palisades without having an office,” he said. “But we thought it would be nice to have a physical presence.”

The company, headed by Mauricio Umansky, Billy Rose and Blair Chang, already has offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Venice, Calabasas, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Turks and Caicos, Los Cabos and Punta de Mita.

Last year, the company said it was also eyeing offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
