From TRD Los Angeles: It would have taken a low talker to keep this listing a secret.
The former Hollywood Hills home of comedian Jerry Seinfeld is one of four adjoining lots being shopped as a pocket listing with a total asking price of $40 million.
Located in the Bird Streets, the property consists of four separate parcels that add up to nearly an acre of land. Seller Leslie Peter Benzies, the lead developer for the video game series “Grand Theft Auto” and the former president of Rockstar North, intended to tear down the former Seinfeld home and guest house to build a 15,010-square-foot mansion and 6,100-square-foot guesthouse, the Los Angeles Business Journal reported.
