Mansion in exclusive Beverly Park enclave sells for $27.5M

A mansion in Beverly Hills’ ultra exclusive Beverly Park Circle has quietly sold for $27.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The seller is Kathy Harouche, mother of Kanye West pal and stylist to the stars Simone Harouche, records show. The identity of the buyer was not immediately clear.

The property, at 25 Beverly Park Circle, has been on and off the market for close to a year. At one point, it was asking $33.5 million, according to Zillow.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency had the listing. He didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The more than 20,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style house sits on almost four acres and features a formal dining room, a theater and a wine cellar. Outside, there’s a championship tennis court.

The new owner is certain to have some A-list neighbors. Residents of the enclave reportedly include actor Sylvester Stallone, rockstar Rod Stewart and billionaire entertainment mogul Sumner Redstone.

Simone Harouche made headlines last year when she was in Paris with Kim Kardashian at the time the reality star was robbed.
