“Mansion” is the word of the day, at least when it comes to the priciest home listings in Los Angeles. All of the priciest residential properties listed last week clocked in at more than 10,000 square feet.

The onetime home of Ezri Namvar, better known as the “Madoff of Beverly Hills,” holds the top spot.

The 10,299-square-foot Brentwood mansion has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and three kitchens with an elevator, 3D theater and game room. The seller is an entity that purchased it from the bank in 2012 after it was seized from Namvar in 2010.

Namvar, a real estate investor, was charged with wire fraud and with stealing more than $20 million from his clients, according to the Los Angeles Times. He is now serving time in federal prison.
