Is Hancock Park the new Shondaland?

Shonda Rhimes now has almost as many Hancock Park homes as she has shows on ABC.

The producer and creator, best known for shows like “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Scandal,” just bought her fourth home in the Central Los Angeles neighborhood for $4.6 million, Variety reported.

The English country manor-style abode comprises five bedrooms and spans nearly 5,000 square feet. It features a marble floored foyer, a dining room with coffered ceilings, a library and a fireplace in the master suite. Outside, there’s a stone terrace, a swimming pool and a poolside guesthouse.

Rhimes already owns a $1.7 million, two-family home just west of Hancock Park, as well as two other large nearby residences she purchased for $5.6 million and $8.8 million, according to Variety.
