Hollywood producer and talent manager Eric Gold and his wife Marcy Kaplan, an actress, writer and producer, want $16.5 million for their home in the Beverly Hills flats.

That’s almost double the $8.8 million the couple paid for the 11,202-square-foot mansion in 2006, records show.

The English-style estate on North Palm Drive has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms as well as an outdoor dining patio, manicured grounds and a large pool terrace shaded by trees. There is also a two-story guesthouse, a billiards room with a wet bar, a sports court and wine cellar.

Billy Rose of the Agency has the listing. He was not immediately available for comment.

The property is the second L.A. area home listed by the couple this year. They also listed their home in Malibu, which was once owned by music legend Berry Gordy, for $13.9 million in January.

The 4,300-square-foot mid-century modern pad, designed by architecture firm Buff and Hensman, has 60 feet of beach frontage, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has a detached guest suite. Gold and Kaplan purchased the property for $9 million in 2009, according to property records.

Susan Monus of Coldwell Banker Residential has the Malibu listing.

Gold produced T.V. shows and films such as “Scary Movie” and “The Wayans Brothers,” while Kaplan starred in the 2007 movie “The Pre Nup.”
