Lipstick queen Kylie Jenner of the Kardashian clan is nearing a deal to sell her Calabasas home on Prado De Oro.

The social media influencer and founder of Kylie Cosmetics purchased the Tuscan-style home in March 2015 for $2.6 million and gave the home a complete makeover, then listed it for $3.3 million.

Jenner is rumored to have found a buyer for the 5,100-square-foot home, which has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, Variety reported.

Built in 2006, the estate has been updated with jet black hardwood floors, built-in furniture and smoked mirrored panels.  There is also a “glam room” downstairs, according to listing details.

The property is located in the Oaks development where her half-sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian also own homes.

Tomer Fridman, newly of Compass, has the listing.

Jenner also owns three additional homes in the guard-gated Hidden Hills enclave where her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Kim Kardashian own residences, according to Variety.

In May, Jenner paid $6 million for a 7,040-square-foot home in Hidden Hills. She reportedly rented last year to her half-brother Rob Kardashian and his ex-boo Blac Chyna — who he is now under fire for posting nude photos of as revenge.

Then in June 2016, Jenner paid $4.5 million for a 5,154-square-foot home next door that is now on the market with an asking price of $5.4 million. On the heels of that purchase, the 19-year-old scooped up a 13,200-square-foot mansion in September 2016 for $12 million. [Variety]Subrina Hudson
