It seems costume designer Susan Chevalier is seeking inspiration outside of Venice.

The esteemed Hollywood designer has reduced the price of her 1924-built Venice beach bungalow again — this time to $9.25 million. The home was first listed on May 22 for $10.24 million and then reduced on June 12 to $9.75 million, records show.

The 3,023-square-foot home on Rose Avenue sits 50 steps from the sand and has three bedrooms, beamed ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with a farmhouse sink, the Los Angeles Times reported. A three-story guesthouse, 10 parking spaces and oceanside views surround the home.
