“Frasier” actress Peri Gilpin lists Malibu home

Actress Peri Gilpin and her husband, painter Christian Vincent, have listed their Malibu home above Broad Beach for $3.89 million.
The house, which boasts ocean views, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 3,741 square feet, Variety reported. A detached guesthouse, art studio, vegetable garden and swimming pool sit on the lot’s 1.13 acres.
