Boston Properties—the real estate investment trust that owns the Colorado Center in Santa Monica—poached Jonathan Lange from JLL and named him vice president of the Los Angeles region. Lange will lead new business development in the market and manage the company’s L.A. properties. At JLL, he was a senior vice president in the capital markets division.

Southern California builder Snyder Langston hired Max Burcham as project executive. Burcham has experience in the construction industry for health care – he worked as a project director at McCarthy Holdings on hospitals, office buildings and central plants.

Harrison Design promoted Anthony Grumbine, Barbara Lowenthal and Andrew Tullis to be principals in its West Coast division. They will help lead the firm’s Santa Barbara office, and Tullis, who joined Harrison Design’s Century City office in 2016, will aid the firm with luxury residential design and project management work.

Irvine-based Realty ONE Group International hired former RE/MAX International president Vinnie Tracey to manage the firm’s international expansion. He previously oversaw all operations at RE/MAX International and led the firm’s franchising development.
