A Bel Air manse tied to late philanthropists John and Marion Anderson is seeking $35 million.

The 10,200-square-foot property has five bedrooms and six bathrooms across two stories. A swimming pool, tennis court and a pavilion with a wet bar surround the home.

A trust tied to the Andersons purchased the site in 2009, property records show.

Marion Anderson passed away earlier this May at 86, following her husband’s passing in 2011. Together, the couple donated over $100 million to the UCLA graduate program, YMCA and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. They are survived by 15 children and 24 grandchildren.
