Nile Niami’s “Opus” receives $15M price chop

Despite all efforts, it seems sex doesn’t sell for $100 million.

Developer Nile Niami’s trophy piece “Opus” dropped $15 million just one month after hitting the Multiple Listing Service, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Luxury items that were originally said to come with the mansion — including three Damien Hirst paintings, a gold Rolls-Royce Dawn and Lamborghini Aventador Roadster — will no longer be included in the price tag.

The 20,500-square-foot estate on Billionaire’s Row in Beverly Hills has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a champagne vault stocked with Cristal and motorized walls of glass that open to indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Niami released a racy listing video earlier this year, featuring half-naked women painted gold throughout the property.

“I kept telling the director ‘Go darker… go sexier….’ and was thrilled to see the results — a woman who is transformed and empowered by the beauty of Opus,” Niami previously said in a statement.

Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing for the Paul McClean-designed home.
