Singer-designer Karyn White sells renovated Beverly Hills home for $14M

After just two short years, singer and interior designer Karyn White said “Live Long and Prosper” to her home on Hazen Drive.

White sold the two-story Beverly Hills home for $14 million through a limited liability company, the Los Angeles Times reported. She acquired it from “Star Trek” actor Jonathan Frakes in 2025 for $11.99 million, records show, and later renovated it.

The property now has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a four-car garage, a gym, a sauna, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. White brick, lush landscaping and black shutters drape the 10,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial estate.

Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland had the listing. Jon Grauman of the Agency represented the buyer.

White is best known for her 1980s and ‘90s hits including “Superwoman,” “The Way You Love Me” and “Secret Rendezvous.” It’s previous owner, Jonathan Frakes, rose to fame with his portrayel of “Commander William T.
