Watch out, Calabasas. There’s a new bad boy coming to town – and it’s not Justin Bieber this time.

YouTube star Jake Paul dropped $6.93 million for a 15,000-square-foot mansion at Park South in Calabasas, the Los Angeles Times reported. The purchase comes shortly after Paul caused fury among his neighbors in Beverly Grove, who considered filing a nuisance lawsuit after the 20-year-old drove dirt bikes in the residential streets and started a fire in his rental home.

The three-story, gated estate has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a music room, gym, theater, office, bar and (hopefully) more privacy. A swimming pool with two waterfalls, a spa and a four-car garage sit on 3.5 acres of grounds.

Marc and Rory Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices had the contemporary listing. Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman represented Paul.

Paul, who rose to tween stardom on the now-defunct video sharing app Vine, has since landed a role on the Disney Channel series “Bizaardvark.” Over 11 million people follow him on YouTube. [LAT]Natalie Hoberman
