The 2,110-square-foot apartment is in the celebrity-favorite Sierra Towers
Surprise, surprise – there’s another celebrity who owns in West Hollywood’s Sierra Towers. And she’s seeking a well-heeled renter.
Rock and roll’s love child Kelly Osbourne is looking for someone to rent her 2,110-square-foot two-bedroom condo for $19,500 per month, Variety reported.
The lower-floor unit has two-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom-fitted walk-in closet and a marble soaking tub.
Building amenities include a 24-hour security desk, valet parking, a gym, a swimming pool with a spa and a rooftop terrace. NBA all-star David Lee, “Shark” Robert Herjavec, Courtney Cox, Mary Hart, Sandra Bullock are among some of the celebrities who purchased condos in the Sierra Towers at 9255 Doheny Road.
Osbourne purchased the unit for $4 million in 2014 in an off-market transaction, records show.
