For a cool $22,000 per month, you can have Sandra Bullock as your landlord.

The Oscar-winning actress has listed one of her two condo units at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood — which comes complete with sweeping views of the city and the Pacific Ocean — as a fully furnished rental, according to Variety.

There aren’t any recent interior photos of the 1,672-square-foot, two-bedroom corner unit on the 20th floor, but it was renovated just before Bullock purchased it in 2014 for $3.5 million. Photos from 2014 show a kitchen with a walnut-and-white scheme fitting for Sierra Towers’ mid-century pedigree, a combination living-dining room and a master suite with a walk-in closet.

Bullock is the second celeb to own the unit, after “Friends” star Matthew Perry called it home from 2005 to 2011, according to celebrity real estate gossiper Yolanda Yakketyyak.

Besides Bullock, whose other 2,101-square-foot unit is located two floors up, there are plenty of other stars to pass in the hallways. Yakketyyak noted earlier this year that residents included actors Adam Sandler and Perry’s “Friends” co-star Courteney Cox, as well as Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores.

Sierra Towers was built in 1965 and is the best-known work of Jack A. Charney, who studied under seminal Los Angeles architects Rudolph Schindler and Richard Neutra [Variety]
