Comedian Russell Peters isn’t joking anymore: He wants to sell. The Canadian listed his Malibu home at $8.8 million this week — a hefty discount from the $11.9 million he asked in September 2016. He carried out an extensive renovation of the property, which now spans 10,000 square feet and now includes seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and “an entire wall of windows looking into the backyard and the Pacific.” Gary Gold of Hilton & Hyland has the beachfront listing.

It wouldn’t be a celebrity listing column if we didn’t have KimYe making some “waves.” Kim Kardashian West and hubby Kanye West made headlines this week for their $20 million renovation at their Hidden Hills mansion. Their pad now has a bigger bedroom, closet space, full recording studio and spa. Thanks to their upgrades, the property is now valued at $60 million, according to an appraiser.

Over in West Hollywood, Rihanna is seeking a tenant for her 2,880-square-foot digs for a cool $16,500 per month. Variety claims she’s never lived there, considering the singer purchased it in August for $2.75 million and then put it back on the market three months later for $100,000 more. The Spanish-modern residence features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a detached guest house.

Meanwhile, NBA analyst Kenny Smith is hoping for a slam dunk in Encino. The retired player listed his 6,100-square-foot home for $3.6 million this week, the Los Angeles Times reported. The two-story home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swimming pool and movie theater. There’s also a detached guest house. “The Jet” and his wife Gwendolyn Osborne-Smith paid $1.85 million for the home in 2011. You can contact Craig Knizek and James Hirsch of the Agency for that one.
