Gala Asher, a spec home developer, put his latest project on the market this week for $135 million. Named “Wallingford Estate,” the roughly 50,000-square-foot plus mansion includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a “guest penthouse,” a two-bedroom guard house and caretaker house. A sports facility with a gym and boxing ring, as well as a 155-feet-long swimming pool are also part of the package. The estate was built in the 2000s, and later redeveloped and expanded by Asher.

Power couple Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber unloaded their 5,300-square-foot home in Malibu this week for $45 million, about 40 percent less than their original asking price of $60 million nearly two years ago. The couple most recently listed it at $50 million. It includes four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a media room, tennis court and swimming pool within 3.2 acres. The two paid $50.5 million for the home and a parcel next door in February 2015, records show.

Former Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin is quietly shopping his home in the Pacific Palisades for nearly $12 million. Spanning about 9,600 square feet, the spread includes six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, fireplace, private terrace, gym and home theater. The NBA All-Star purchased the home for $9 million nearly five years ago, Variety reported. As expected, a basketball court can be found outside.

In Holmby Hills, the former home of Ronald Reagan and his first wife, Jane Wyman, is being marketed for sale at $7 million. Built in the 1930s for just $12,800, the Colonial Revival-style home was designed by revered architect Paul R. Williams. It features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a reception hall and wet bar spread across 6,100 square feet, the Los Angeles Times reported. Outside, a swimming pool and manicured gardens complete the property. The former president and Wyman, an actress who won an Academy Award for “Johnny Belinda,” lived in the residence during the 1940s.
