Advertising studio signs lease for 12K sf at Row DTLA

WC+A, an entertainment advertising studio, has signed a deal to occupy 12,000 square feet of office space at the Row DTLA.

The firm will be expanding from its 5,000-square-foot office at 3141 S. Grand Avenue, also in Downtown Los Angeles. Its 20 employees will move into the new space on Sept 1., according to an announcement on Thursday.

The mixed-use complex is located in the Arts District, at 777 S. Alameda Street, 767 S. Alameda Street and 1320 E. 7th Street.

It was jointly developed by Atlas Capital Group and Square Mile Capital, and offers 1.3 million square feet of creative office space. The developers agreed to sell a roughly one-third stake in the project earlier last year, valuing the property at more than $700 million.

Since it opened, the complex has attracted a variety of tenants and retailers. In November, fashion retailer Adidas announced it would be opening a new 31,000-square-foot office at the site. Media company Mitu, Dutch co-working firm Spaces and robotics firm UBTECH are among the other office tenants.

Led by co-founders Kevin Williams and John Corsi, WC+A creates print and digital advertising campaigns for clients, including Netflix, Hallmark Channel and Power Music.
