The Malibu home where “Tonight Show” host Johnny Carson once lived is now more affordable than ever.

The 7,000-square-foot home on a bluff overlooking the ocean just slashed $16.3 million off its $81.5 million price tag it listed for last October — a 20 percent discount, according to the Los Angeles Daily News. The new listing price is $65.2 million.

The current owners are fashion and film producer Sidney Kimmel and his wife, Caroline, who acquired the land from Carson’s widow in 1984 for about $46 million.

Carson, who died in 2005, owned and resided on the property for more than 20 years. The comedy legend also was a tennis player and fan, so the estate has a professional tennis court and an official Wimbledon bench that was gifted to him by NBC upon his retirement from “The Tonight Show.”

The estate was built in 1978 by architect Ed Niles, who built many of Malibu’s contemporary homes in the 1960s, and includes a gym, locker room, indoor arboretum and guest house.

This is the second significant price chop on pricey Malibu homes this week. A home formerly owned by George Roy Hill, director of “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,” dropped its price by about 22 percent to $13.95 million.
