It was a relatively quiet week in the normally bustling world of L.A. celebrity real estate. Only one trade hovered around eight figures. Ari Emanuel, the real-life inspiration for the brash Ari Gold from HBO’s bro-riffic “Entourage,” claimed the top deal when he purchased his next door neighbor’s house. And a Fox Sports commentator listed not one, but two homes, in Manhattan Beach.

Emanuel, co-CEO of big-time talent agency William Morris Endeavor, paid $12 million for a home on Mandeville Canyon Road in Brentwood. The 1.25-acre estate is directly next door to his current house — a modern residence which he paid $16 million for a few years ago. The new pad features five bedrooms and six bathrooms within 4,330 square feet of space. The talent agent also owns another home in Brentwood Park.

Singer Joe Jonas has listed his home in Sherman Oaks for $4.25 million, Variety reported. The listing comes just months after the former Jonas Brother star got engaged to Sophie Turner, a “Game of Thrones” actress. Spanning 5,600 square feet, the home includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also features a den with memorabilia from Jonas Brothers and DNCE, his latest pop band. He paid $3.7 million for the home in 2016, records show.

A “House of Cards” producer paid $4.7 million for a house in Malibu recently. Joshua Donen’s new pad has four en-suite bedrooms, as well as a swimming pool, sports court and fire pit. The 3,340-square-foot home last traded for $1.3 million in 1999. In addition to the Netflix political drama, Donen has produced a few films, including “The Underneath” and “Gone Girl,” the Los Angeles Times reported.

Over in Manhattan Beach, Colin Cowherd has listed two properties for sale. The Fox Sports commentator listed a 5,000-square-foot home for $4.25 million, and a 3,700-square-foot property for $3.5 million. The more expensive one has four bedrooms, and an office featuring a wall of flat-screen televisions, the Los Angeles Times reported. The smaller home, meanwhile, includes a wine cellar and outdoor patio. Cowherd, a former ESPN veteran, is the host of “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” on Fox Sports Radio and co-hosts “Speak for Yourself.”
