Hot on the heels of being named Forbes’ “youngest-ever self-made billionaire,” Kylie Jenner is once again racking up some millions.

The beauty products connoisseur has sold one of her two homes in the gated Hidden Hills community for $6.7 million, Variety reported.

Spanning 7,040 square feet, the Cape Cod-style home includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Amenities include a fireplace, double-island kitchen and two fitted walk-in closets.

A solar-heated swimming pool and spa adorn the outside.

Jenner paid $6 million for the home in May 2016, property records show.

Aside from the cash Jenner has accumulated from her social media and makeup brand, the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan has also amassed an impressive real estate portfolio.

In 2016, she also purchased an eight-bedroom, 13,200-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills for $12.4 million. And she flipped another property in the wealthy enclave that same year for $5.4 million, nearly $1 million more than what she paid for it six months prior.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder also sold a home in Calabasas, the Kardashians’ home turf, for $3.3 million last year.

Hidden Hills has become a haven for A-listers who are seeking a recluse from Hollywood. Located in the San Fernando Valley, the community features three guard gates to ensure privacy from the paparazzi. [Variety] – Natalie Hoberman
