The stars of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” have found a new space to fit all that camera equipment.

Josh and Matt Altman, known collectively as the Altman Brothers, will be relocating their team from Douglas Elliman’s headquarters in Beverly Hills to a new 3,320-square-foot space near Beverly Grove leased exclusively for them, The Real Deal has learned.

The Altman Brothers are the first team in Elliman’s Greater Los Angeles operation to get their own office. Other top-producing teams, such as the Eklund/Gomes team in New York and Sigurdsson team in Miami, also have their own offices.

Once the office opens in March, Elliman will have 23 offices in California.

Formerly a Lululemon Athletica store, the new office at 105 South Robertson Boulevard will fit up to 20 people. The team currently has five staff employees and 10 agents, Josh Altman said.

“It feels like a major store,” Altman said. “It’s perfect for everything that we have in our brand.”

The 14-foot ceilings are especially conducive for taping the TV show and filming YouTube videos — “everything that feeds the Altman Brothers real estate brand,” Altman said. It’s also located just two storefronts from the upscale Ivy restaurant, which Altman hopes will help draw in walk-ins.

Plans for an Altman Brothers office have been in the works for more than two years, Altman said. They tapped architect Ken Libman to design the new space, which will feature a cappuccino bar, “club seating,” aromatherapy bathrooms and custom “rosewood veneer walls.”

Altman said they made the move now because the team was “bursting at the seams” at Elliman’s Beverly Hills office on El Camino Drive. He shrugged off any notion that it was a precursor to the brothers going out on their own. “We have no interest in leaving” Elliman, Altman said.

The Altman Brothers is the top-producing team for Elliman in L.A., booking more than $400 million in sales in 2017 alone. In September, the duo sold commercial real estate tycoon Donald Abbey’s Bradbury Estate for $24.4 million. They’re also listing a Beverly Hills mansion originally built for Cher for $68 million.

Last year, a similarly star-studded team at Pacific Union International — now Compass — got their own office. Aaron Kirman Partners relocated its team of nearly 45 agents to a 6,500-square-foot space on Canon Drive formerly occupied by Pacific Union.
