After two years in Bel Air, Chandler Parsons is looking to take his talents elsewhere.

The Memphis Grizzlies forward has listed his mansion for $13.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. He purchased the property for $10.9 million in 2017, and added a basketball court to the backyard.

The gated property features a two-story farmhouse completed in 2016. It includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gym, a movie theater, and 11,900 square feet of space. The property is on three quarters of an acre, and includes a zero-edge swimming pool and spa, and a covered patio.

The property was developed by Justin Barth of Barth Partners, who purchased the site in 2015 for $2.65 million.

The mansion is located on Stone Canyon Road, where other big-name celebrities and athletes have called home. Last month, Serena Williams sold her property on Stone Canyon Road for $8.1 million.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has the listing.

Parsons has one year left on his four-year, $94-million contract with the Grizzlies.

He joins other current and former NBA stars on the move around Los Angeles. Kevin Durant listed his Malibu home for $13.5 million last month. Ex-Warrior David Lee sold a condo in West Hollywood, and now retired star Kevin Garnett recently listed a seven-acre property in Malibu for $19.9 million. [LAT] — Gregory Cornfield
