It was a big week for Bel Air, which had three of the top five priciest residential listings in Los Angeles County.

All five total $213 million, considerably more than the $147.7 million total from the week before. Nile Niami’s latest spec mansion led the pack this past week, and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker had three of the listings.

The data and information was from the Multiple Listings Service and Redfin from Oct. 15-21.

627 N. Carcassonne Road | Bel Air | $65M
Nile Niami’s latest spec creation is a 28,000-square-foot behemoth designed by frequent partner and prolific L.A. architect Paul McClean. The nine-bedroom, 17-bathroom home has a 160-foot-long pool, a wine cellar, screening room, and a hair salon. The entrance pathway crosses the home’s wraparound reflecting pool and leads to a foyer with 25-foot ceilings. Aaron Kirman and Jennie Priel with Compass have the listing.

10350 Wyton Drive | Holmby Hills | $49.5M
Just around the corner from the Playboy Mansion is a 1.5-acre estate that developer Saeed Farkhondehpour had been building out for himself for at least five years. By the time the home was complete, his children had moved out and he realized the home was too big, according to the Wall Street Journal. The estate has a 15,000-square-foot main home with four bedrooms and a 3,000-square-foot guest house with four bedrooms. Benjamin Bacal and Enzo Fiore of Revel Real Estate have the listing. Farkhondehpour is battling his former business partners, Morad and Hersel Neman. They sued him,  claiming he stole millions of dollars from them over their 12 years working together.

670 Perugia Way | Bel Air | $43M
This estate has seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms across 14,300 square feet. The home was designed by architect Felicity Bell and completed in 2015. It’s been named the Cajrati Crivelli House. Like many contemporary mansions, the home emphasizes its backyard views — large moveable glass walls open up to the backyard anchored by a massive zero-edge swimming pool. If swimming is more about a workout than leisure, there’s an indoor lap pool. Linda May with Hilton & Hyland and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker have the listing.

642 Perugia Way | Bel Air | $35.5M
Just next door to the Cajrati Crivelli House is a similarly-designed modern manse from London firm Quinn Architects. It’s about 14,500 square feet, with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It has a large zero-edge swimming pool and moveable glass walls. May and Mills also have this listing.

1000 Elden Way | Beverly Hills | $20M
This 14,000-square-foot home was built in the late 1980s and has been extensively upgraded. Its most striking feature is a two-story living room with marble floors and columns and mirror-finish stairway. The kitchen has a massive 52-foot-long island and is decked out with professional grade equipment. The backyard is centered around a swimming pool, guesthouse, and an outdoor living room/entertainment area.
