Billionaire Neil Kadisha has a big problem with the new pool, hot tub and deck that his Beverly Hills neighbor just built.

In a $2 million lawsuit he filed, the venture capitalist alleges the offending amenities, along with a newly-installed deck and manicured lawn encroach onto his vacant property on Crest View Drive.

Kadisha is demanding that the neighbor, Sanjay Khiani, and his family trusts remove the construction at his expense, according to the suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

He acquired the Crest View lot in 2017 for $6.5 million, but has yet to construct anything on it.

Kadisha is a member of L.A.’s prominent Nazarian family through his wife, Dora Nazarian.

He is CEO of Omninet — which he founded with his father-in-law — a company that has moved from telecommunications investments into major commercial developments, particularly in Las Vegas. Its holdings include 13,000 rentals across the country.
