Bids due for Bed, Bath & Beyond building
Final bids were due last month for the Bed, Bath & Beyond building at 620 Sixth Avenue, the New York Post reported. The 670,000- square-foot building includes 200,000 feet of conditional air rights for further development and is being marketed for Jamestown by Douglas Harmon of Eastdil. The property is expected to go for around $275 million.
Fifth Avenue buildings on the market
Emmes Realty Services, through Cushman & Wakefield, is marketing for sale the properties at 535 and 545 Fifth Avenue and at 509 Fifth Avenue. The buildings total approximately 500,000 square feet and are expected to sell for about $250 million, or $500 a square foot, according to the New York Sun.
521 Fifth Avenue could fetch $250M
The 40-story 521 Fifth Avenue could fetch as much as $250 million, the Post reported. Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan of CB Richard Ellis are marketing the nearly 500,000-square-foot tower, and the final price is expected to reach more than $500 a square foot. The owner is RFR Holdings.
UES residential building could go for $202M
The 32-story, 261-unit building called the Camargue at 303 East 83rd Street could fetch close to $775,000 a unit, or $202 million in all, according to the Sun. Lloyd Goldman is the owner.
Brooklyn apartment building for sale
The 33-story, 192-unit apartment building at 180 Montague Street, a condo conversion candidate, could sell for more than $100 million. Brian Leary and Adam Rosenfield of Massey Knakal are the exclusive sales agents.
Midtown apartment buildings on the block
Two contiguous prewar elevator apartment buildings at 15-19 West 55th Street are asking $64 million. The buildings total approximately 80,513 square feet, with an additional 19,908 square feet of air rights. The current configuration includes 64 apartments 44 free-market, 17 rent-stabilized, and three rent-controlled. Massey Knakal and Mark Zborovsky & Company Inc. are the sales agents.
330 West 38th Street on the market for $60M
The 16-story 330 West 38th Street has been put up for sale at an asking price of $60 million or, about $300 a square foot for the nearly 200,000-square-foot Midtown West rental building. The building last changed hands two years ago for half the current asking price. Eastern Consolidated and Massey Knakal are working together to market the building.
Diamond Offering on offer
The six-story office building at 1200 Sixth Avenue, known as the Diamond Offering, is up for sale and is expected to fetch more than $48 million. Besen & Associates is marketing the property.
West 57th Street buildings on the market
Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the 15-story, 60,000-squarefoot office building at 29 West 57th Street and the retail and office condo component of a building at 49 West 57th Street. Sources expect the properties to fetch close to $525 a square foot, the Sun reported.
Tribeca development site on the block
The site at 55 Vestry Street, which can support 63,950 square feet of development, is on the market for $25 million. Michael DeCheser, Peter DeCheser and Rick DeRuyter of Massey Knakal are the exclusive sales agents.
Fee interest in Times Square area land for sale
The fee interest in the land beneath the 16-story Best Western President Hotel at 234-242 West 48th Street is for sale through Eastern Consolidated. Eric Anton and Ronald Solarz are marketing the property on behalf of the fee owner in an all-cash auction. Bids were due in November.
