Biscayne crane investigation begins

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has begun an
investigation of the Biscayne Bay construction site where a crane
accident killed two workers on Tuesday. A section of the crane, which
was being used for the development of a 40-story luxury condo, fell 30
floors and through the roof of a two-story home being used by the project’s
contractor.
