Leaders of Palm Beach Atlantic University and city officials will join today to break ground on the 77-acre Palm Beach Athletic Complex in West Palm Beach. The school is developing the property, which it purchased for $3.2 million in 2006, and it is giving 12 acres to the city for use as a public park.
