Hollywood Warehouse Capital Partners has purchased an 81,100-square-foot warehouse portfolio for $6.4 million. The suite of properties includes seven small-bay warehouses in Hollywood, which rent for an average of $13 per square foot, and a Miramar warehouse/retail center. Marcus & Millichap investment specialist Ryan Nee of the Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, W&W Properties LLC, and Marcus & Millichap associate Greg Zeifman of the Miami office secured the buyer.
