A 1919 oceanfront mansion on Palm Beach’s North End has just hit the market with a $30 million price tag. The seller, socialite Aimee de Heeren, has hired Sotheby’s to sell the sell the 10-bedroom house, which sits on a 1.5-acre parcel with 150 of beach frontage. The home, designed by famed architect Addison Mizner, was landmarked in 1980.
