A mansion located in the Harbor Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale has sold for $15.5 million. An entity listed as Ocean Drive LL sold the Tom Benedict-designed mansion at 1 Isla Bahia Drive to Conquest Inc. The waterfront home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms; the estate has room to dock two yachts. The seller was represented by SOL Sotheby’s International Realty and Kurt Bosshardt & Associates represented the buyer.
