The retail component of a mixed-use project in Coral Gables called Plaza San Remo has sold for $31.1 million. German investment group LIC Coral Gables Retail, led by principal Heiner Franssen, was the buyer. The seller was Venera Holdings, represented by Colliers Abood Wood-Fay and HFF. A Whole Foods Market anchors the 59,155-square-foot retail space at 6705 Red Road.
