Miami’s price per square foot declines

Miami’s sales volume increased 5.4 percent from March to April, compared with its decrease of 5.9 percent during the same period last year, according to Radar Logic’s RPX monthly housing market report, released today. Although sales volume increased, the average price per square foot declined 2.2 percent from March to April, down 22.4 percent compared with April 2007. Of the 25 cities examined, 23 saw declines in price per square foot. TRD
