Stiletto Tower for South Beach

The Kallisto, a 19-story, 35,350-square-foot structure planned for development at 120 Ocean Drive will alter the district’s Art Deco skyline when the 10-residence tower is erected. The luxury condominium tower is scheduled to begin construction this year and be complete by 2010, a project spokesman said. Unit prices will range from $4.8 million to $13.5 million for the eight single-floor residences spanning 4,399 square feet and the two duplex penthouses, one of which features a private swim spa and outdoor bar. Sales for the building have not yet begun, but the sales gallery will formally open at 110 Washington Avenue on October 1.
