West Palm Beach residents with homes worth more than $334,767 will see bigger tax bills under the city’s latest budget proposal. Earlier efforts to freeze the tax rate could have forced the city to chop $3 million more from its budget, which would have seen a $2.3 million reduction under the original plan.
